Hospital needs to have 24x7 service as mentioned in its name. Our pet was treated at Sanchu palavaklam but during early morning when we needed to take it for health emergency the hospital staff informed us that it will be open only from 10am. 🐾 A Big Thank You to Sanchu’s Animal Hospital 🐾
On the afternoon of the 13th, I got a call from my househelp Sunitha — she said Muffy, my pug, was limping. Sunitha speaks only Hindi, my wife was in the U.S., I was in Bangalore, and I hadn’t left any money with her. She doesn’t have a bank account, so I couldn’t even GPay her. For a moment, I panicked.
Then I called Sanchu’s Animal Hospital, where both my male pugs, Muffy and Rufus, have been going for the last 2.5 years. I spoke to Abdul, the branch manager at their Palavakkam, Chennai branch. He immediately told me not to worry.
What he did next truly touched me — Abdul personally took an auto to my home, picked up Sunitha and both my pugs, brought them to the hospital, and had Dr. Dinesh attend to Muffy. He got an injection for pain, a week’s medicines, and a full check-up. Dr. Dinesh even called me to explain everything and reassure me.
Abdul then dropped Sunitha and my pugs safely back home, sent me the bill, and I GPaid him.
